Who we are
We’re a young, active and ambitious team of motivated HubSpot enthusiasts. Every day, we work on making business processes smarter and better. We’re a group of determined and tenacious people, who always bring out the best in each other.
The foundation of Conversion Crew
Conversion Crew was founded in 2016 as a digital marketing agency. After just one week, we had HubSpot on the line, saying they were looking for new partners. It was an amazing opportunity. We became a HubSpot partner, and from then on we were a HubSpot-only agency.
The first Crew Member!
The HubSpot-only focus proved successful, and we expanded our services. We also hired Emilie, our first employee. We then opened our office in the Groot Handelsgebouw, a monument in the centre of Rotterdam.
New crew, new office
The team was soon expanding, growing to five people by August 2018! We also moved to a larger office in Rijswijk.

The pandemic hit
During the pandemic, we all moved out of our office in Rijswijk and started working from home. We also bid a few members of our crew goodbye. Eventually, we decided to move into a flex office in the Groot Handelsgebouw.

The calm after the storm!
Once the pandemic was over, we started growing and thriving again! Our team grew from three Crew members to nine in the space of one year.

Happy new office!
Time flies when you are having fun! And the time had come for a new office of our own. We decided to stay in Rotterdam: at the Van Nelle Factory this time – a fabulous spot.

What next?
We’d only just begun! The Crew has continued to expand, as has our wonderful client base. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!
