What does the onboarding process look like?

This is how we get started

The start of onboarding

During the kick-off meeting, we will discuss the project with you to make sure that we set up HubSpot in the way that will benefit you the most. We will consider your goals, discuss your strategies and confirm the planning. Onboarding takes 90 days on average, with weekly or fortnightly calls to keep each other properly informed of progress.

A plan based on your objectives

Based on the kick-off, our HubSpot experts will look at your key goals. We then shape these goals into a project plan that we can focus on during onboarding. Moreover, we look at the tools your organisation uses (and would like to use) and how these tools should interact with HubSpot.

We start at the beginning

First of all, we will make sure that the HubSpot foundation is as solid as a rock. This could include installing HubSpot tracking code on the website, linking HubSpot to the domain name, giving team members access to HubSpot, linking social media accounts and sorting out the correct privacy, cookie and GDPR settings. Once the basic steps have been completed, HubSpot is basically ready to go!

We take a goal-oriented approach, together

We will set up HubSpot based on your main goals, and align our work with them completely. With this approach, we know our work is based on your priorities and you are sure to see results – fast!

Objective-based onboarding

Objective-based onboarding is about putting your business goals first and personalising your process as HubSpot consultants. Each goal comprises different tasks and assignments that you will work on yourself. You will then get to know the system better and better. We discuss progress during our fortnightly meetings.

What are the different types of onboarding?

At Conversion Crew, we offer three different types of onboarding:
Objective-Based Onboarding
Guided Onboarding
Full-Service Onboarding

What is the difference between objective-based onboarding and guided onboarding?

With objective-based onboarding, you are fully in charge. You will personally handle the implementation and we’re there to help guide you in the right direction. This approach works because you set everything up yourself, so you will also learn about HubSpot in the process.
Guided onboarding means that you get more assistance from your HubSpot consultant. We will set up examples for you, so you can then continue by yourself. It means a little more guidance while setting up your HubSpot portal.

How will you assist my colleagues in getting to work with the software?

We will make sure your colleagues are fully behind the changes in the company. For example, we make sure that everyone understands how the process works in HubSpot and that it is easy for everyone to use. Additionally, you can also opt for extra training for your team.

Why do I need onboarding?

During a HubSpot Onboarding session, we will make sure HubSpot is fully tailored to your needs and requirements. We take our time to really understand your business and goals so that we can get the most out of your HubSpot portal. We are also happy to share our tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your HubSpot portal.
