The start of onboarding
During the kick-off meeting, we will discuss the project with you to make sure that we set up HubSpot in the way that will benefit you the most. We will consider your goals, discuss your strategies and confirm the planning. Onboarding takes 90 days on average, with weekly or fortnightly calls to keep each other properly informed of progress.
A plan based on your objectives
Based on the kick-off, our HubSpot experts will look at your key goals. We then shape these goals into a project plan that we can focus on during onboarding. Moreover, we look at the tools your organisation uses (and would like to use) and how these tools should interact with HubSpot.
We start at the beginning
First of all, we will make sure that the HubSpot foundation is as solid as a rock. This could include installing HubSpot tracking code on the website, linking HubSpot to the domain name, giving team members access to HubSpot, linking social media accounts and sorting out the correct privacy, cookie and GDPR settings. Once the basic steps have been completed, HubSpot is basically ready to go!

Guided onboarding
Guided onboarding means that we help you implement the tools. From start to finish, we will give you the information you need to get going. You will also start working with the tools yourself so you can get a feel for the CRM. We discuss progress during our fortnightly meetings.
Full-service onboarding
Based on the three focus points we agreed upon during the kick-off, your HubSpot consultant will start setting up your portal! During the fortnightly meetings, we discuss progress with you, so you are always up to date with developments.
