Conversion Crew's Hubdates - September

In September 2024, HubSpot introduced a wide array of updates aimed at enhancing user experience and streamlining business processes across marketing, sales, and service. Also, during this month, Inbound 2024 was held in Boston and powerful AI tools, like Breeze and Copilot were launched.

Breeze intelligence & Copilot

Breeze

Breeze Intelligence is HubSpot's new AI-powered data enrichment tool that automatically adds relevant information to contact and company records, pulling it from a large database of buyer and company profiles. It helps businesses by identifying high-fit prospects and improving form conversions through automated data enrichment, reducing the need for manual entry.

  • Data Enrichment: Automatically enriches contact and company records with information from a database of over 200 million profiles, providing valuable demographic and firmographic data. This reduces the need for manual data entry, allowing teams to focus more on relationship building, and less on administrative tasks.

  • Buyer Intent Insights: Breeze Intelligence analyzes buyer behavior and signals to offer intent data, helping sales and marketing teams identify which prospects are most likely to convert. This feature improves lead prioritization and allows for more targeted outreach.

  • Form Shortening: By leveraging existing data, Breeze Intelligence automatically fills in known information when a user interacts with forms, reducing the amount of input required and increasing completion rates. This makes the lead capture process smoother and more efficient for both businesses and users.

Copilot

Breeze and Copilot are closely related as part of HubSpot's AI-powered ecosystem, but they serve distinct roles. Breeze is the overarching AI framework that powers various intelligent features across the HubSpot platform, while Copilot is a specific AI assistant within Breeze that helps users complete tasks more efficiently.

Copilot acts as a personal AI companion, embedded across different HubSpot tools, to assist users by suggesting next steps, generating insights, or automating routine tasks. For instance, Copilot can help write content, manage follow-ups, or analyze sales data, making it a practical tool for daily operations

In essence, Breeze powers the AI capabilities, and Copilot leverages that power to provide actionable insights and task automation to users, making workflows more efficient and data-driven.

HubSpot Agents

HubSpot’s new Agents, introduced under the Breeze AI umbrella, are designed to automate and simplify key tasks across marketing, sales, and customer service. These agents, such as the Content Agent, Social Media Agent, Prospecting Agent, and Customer Agent, help teams by taking over repetitive tasks like generating content, managing social media interactions, identifying high-potential leads, and improving customer support workflows. Integrated seamlessly within HubSpot, these agents boost productivity by allowing users to focus on strategic activities while the agents handle time-consuming operational tasks. Find below more explanations about the agents and examples:

1. Content Agent

  • Purpose: The Content Agent is designed to assist with content creation and repurposing. It uses AI to generate or remix content based on existing assets, making it easier for teams to create blogs, videos, social posts, and more.

  • Example: Imagine you’ve created a long-form video for a product launch. The Content Agent can automatically break down the video into shorter clips, transcribe it into text for blog posts, and extract key quotes for social media posts. This helps you maximize the value of your content without needing manual edits.

2. Social Media Agent

  • Purpose: The Social Media Agent automates social media management, from content scheduling to responding to comments and messages. It also helps monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics.

  • Example: If you’re running a social media campaign, the Social Media Agent can automatically schedule posts across platforms, respond to common customer inquiries in direct messages, and analyze engagement trends. This reduces the manual workload for social media managers while ensuring consistent engagement.

3. Prospecting Agent

  • Purpose: The Prospecting Agent focuses on sales by identifying and prioritizing high-fit prospects using AI-powered data analysis. It can help sales teams by highlighting leads with the highest likelihood to convert, saving time on manual lead qualification.

  • Example: A sales rep can use the Prospecting Agent to examine a large list of leads. The agent will analyze behavior data, firmographics, and engagement history to highlight which leads are most ready for outreach, allowing the rep to focus on high-priority prospects.

4. Customer Agent

  • Purpose: The Customer Agent is designed to improve customer support by handling routine inquiries and escalating more complex issues to human agents. It can interact with customers in real-time through chat, email, or support tickets.

  • Example: A customer submits a support ticket asking for help resetting their password. The Customer Agent automatically responds with instructions and follows up to ensure the issue is resolved. If the issue becomes more complex (e.g., a billing problem), the agent escalates it to a human team member.

Content Remix

This tool uses AI to take an existing piece of content, such as a video, and repurpose it into different formats like short clips, audio files, blog posts, and social media updates. It allows marketing teams to effortlessly create multi-channel campaigns from a single asset, streamlining the content creation process and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.

For example, if your team has produced a webinar or long-form video, Content Remix can break it down into bite-sized social media posts, create podcast episodes from the audio, and extract key insights for blog articles. This drastically reduces the time spent on content creation and gives you more flexibility to distribute your message to various audiences in formats they prefer.

By repurposing content this way, businesses can boost engagement, increase reach, and make the most of their existing assets without starting from scratch for every platform.

Ticket Summaries

Powered by HubSpot's Breeze AI, this tool analyzes the entire conversation history of a ticket and generates a concise summary, making it easier for support agents to understand the issue and pick up where others left off.

This feature is especially useful in scenarios where tickets are transferred between team members or departments. Instead of reading through long conversation threads, the new agent can quickly review the AI-generated summary to get up to speed. For instance, if a customer has gone back and forth with several support reps about a technical issue, the Ticket Summary will provide a brief but comprehensive overview, allowing the next agent to dive straight into solving the problem.

By offering these quick, insightful overviews, Ticket Summaries ensure smoother hand-offs and faster resolutions, enhancing both internal team efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Conditional Redirects in Forms

HubSpot’s new Conditional Redirects in Forms feature allows businesses to create more personalized user journeys by sending form respondents to different pages based on their form responses. This feature enhances the Forms Editor by enabling customized redirects, which can guide users to specific HubSpot pages, external URLs, or meeting scheduling pages depending on how they answer particular questions on a form.

For example, if a customer fills out a support form and selects a product they need help with, they can be redirected to a specialized knowledge base page or a booking link for a support meeting relevant to that product. This adds a layer of customization that improves the user experience and ensures that leads or customers are directed to the most relevant next steps based on their input.

By using Conditional Redirects, businesses can create more seamless and tailored experiences for their users, driving better engagement and outcomes.

Company Health Score

The Company Health Score Builder is a powerful new feature in HubSpot that helps businesses assess the strength of their relationships with clients or companies. This tool allows you to assign a weighted health score to a company based on specific activities and properties, such as recent engagement, purchase history, or support interactions. The score appears directly on the company record, providing a quick snapshot of the company’s current standing and relationship health.

How it works:
You can customize the health score criteria to align with your unique business goals. For example, you might assign higher weights to companies with frequent purchases or positive support interactions, while lower scores might be given to those with declining engagement or unresolved issues. The health score updates in real time, helping sales, marketing, and support teams quickly assess where to focus their efforts.

Why it matters:
Having an easily accessible health score for each company allows teams to prioritize at-risk relationships, celebrate strong partnerships, and allocate resources more effectively. This proactive approach can prevent churn, increase customer satisfaction, and drive more targeted engagement strategies.

This tool is especially useful for service-oriented businesses looking to maintain strong client relationships by tracking critical data points and responding quickly when issues arise.
